Dansk Dyrestimuli A/S’s Terms and Conditions of Online Sales


Application and validity
Every order that you place on http://www.easy-stroe-shop.dk/will be subject to these sales and delivery terms, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Placement of orders
The contract between buyer and Dansk Dyrestimuli A/S shall become effective only upon written confirmation of the order by Dansk Dyrestimuli A/S. Cancellation of an order shall only become effective upon the written confirmation by Dansk Dyrestimuli A/S.

International orders
If you wish to place an order from abroad, please contact our sales department.

Payments
Payment is accepted by debit/credit card and PC home banking. If you pay by debit/credit card, the amount of the order will be debited form your card on the same day the order is dispatched.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order is placed.
You will receive the invoice along with the goods.
SSL (Secure Server Software) is used to encrypt all card information sent from easy-stroe-shop.dk This means that your card number and other information are unreadable to unauthorised persons during transmission.

Delivery
You will receive the products at the latest within one week following the date your order is placed.
Dansk Dyrestimuli A/S reserves the right to change the general shipping costs and conditions without prior notice.
In case of late delivery, the buyer can only claim remedies if the delay exceeds 30 days after the goods should have been delivered. If that case, the buyer reserves the right to agree a new delivery date or cancel the order. The buyer shall only be entitled to claim remedies against Dansk Dyrestimuli A/S in the above case.

Dansk Dyrestimuli A/S cannot be held liable for force majeure incidents, including strikes and lockouts, which are beyond the control of Dansk Dyrestimuli A/S. In case of force majeure, Dansk Dyrestimuli A/S shall be entitled to defer delivery until the force majeure ceases or, alternatively, cancel the contract in whole or in part without liability.

Cancellation right
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, the buyer is entitled to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt. Please note that you are not entitled to exercise the cancellation right if you have stored the products in a farm building. If you chose to exercise your cancellation right, you will have to pay for the return shipping.

Responsibility to examine goods
The buyer shall inspect the delivered goods immediately after delivery and immediately give notice to Dansk Dyrestimuli A/S of any damage to the Goods during transit.

Complaints
In case of transit damages, the buyer shall submit a complaint directly to the carrier. The buyer can also submit a complaint to Dansk Dyrestimuli A/S within five days of receipt of the damaged product. The complaint should include a specification and a photo of the damaged product. If notice is not given to Dansk Dyrestimuli A/S in due time, the buyer will be deemed to have accepted the goods. If the buyer submits a complaint, he/she is not entitled to return the damaged good to Dansk Dyrestimuli A/S without prior written approval.
The burden of proving that the buyer has filed a complaint lies with the buyer.

Choice of law and venue
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Danish law and all disputes shall be decided by the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish Courts.
